HAM ‘N SCRAM

Hidden away in Westminster is a meaty breakfast burrito just waiting to blow your mind. According to the reviews, the Double Meat Burrito truly lives up it its name. With a name like Ham ‘n Scram, you can trust that these guys know how to smoke the perfect pig. You could comfort yourself with a bowl of the split pea soup, order a whole ham for the family or stick to the fan favorite – the breakfast burrito. The décor is cute with lots of pigs plus they’ve got a delivery service – deliciousness straight to your door.

NATE’S KORNER

Nate’s Korner on Main Street in Santa Ana is a deli and quick stop breakfast place. It doesn’t have the trendy vibe of downtown, it’s just a good old fashioned hole in the wall deli with some good eats. Their breakfast burritos are monsterous and mouthwatering. The burritos are big enough to feed too (don’t worry though, no need to share) and stuffed with eggs, cheese, tons of meat and more. According to the Yelp reviews the triple meat burrito is a must try!

KELLY’S DONUTS & BURGERS

The breakfast burrito didn’t make it in the name but it’s still one of the top reasons to make it to Kelly’s for breakfast. Yelp reviewers agree the best part is the deliciously crunchy hash browns buried throughout the burrito and the affordable prices.  Plus, the best way to round out your breakfast is with a cronut (a flaky, irresistible croissant-donut pastry). Tucked away into a strip mall in Fountain Valley, Kelly’s Donuts and Burgers is a gem!

TOM’S PLACE

This Costa Mesa corner café is the perfect place for a weekend breakfast burrito. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite or looking to nurse a hangover, you can’t go wrong at Tom’s Place. Warning: These burritos are good and greasy. And don’t forget to ask for crispy hash browns for the win!

NICK’S DELI

If you’re in Long Beach and don’t want to venture too far into Orange County to enjoy a delicious breakfast burrito, stop on into Nick’s in Seal Beach. Saturday mornings the line may be out the door but it’s worth it. Every burrito comes with house-made hot sauce that has a great kick (just stick to the mild if that’s not your style) and there’s plenty of small tables and seating inside and out. Things to know: Nick’s is cash only and breakfast is served all day!

SECRET SPOT

Everything is made fresh and to order at Secret Spot in Huntington Beach. If ever a breakfast burrito could feel healthy and fresh, this is it! Secret Spot has an array of Vegetarian friendly burritos, tacos, wraps, curries, salads, scrambles, and more.  There are plenty of gluten free options too and meat options for the carnivorous crowd. If you like a bit of sweet, check out the famous “HB Surround Sound” burrito with avocado, potatoes, sweet barbeque sauce, cheese and your choice of meat or veggie options.

MICHAEL’S COFFEE HOUSE

Michael’s is a family run operation but don’t let the donut shop fool you – it’s all about the breakfast burritos. There are tons of choices, the breakfast burritos are sold all day and the service is friendly. If you’re in the Lake Forest area this could be your new go-to breakfast joint!
